CAMPING GEAR
We define camping gear as items that you would use when camping in vehicle-accessible campsites. Weight is less of a concern, but gear still needs to be of a high quality to ensure an enjoyable experience, especially when poor weather is encountered.
BACKPACKING GEAR
We define backpacking gear as items that you would use when hiking into remote and/or rugged areas. All gear is carried in backpacks, so lightweight items are essential. The weather conditions can be very unpredictable and extreme, so high-quality gear is also required.
